Payment Policy
All bookings will require a deposit to be made.This fee is non-refundable for "Change of Mind" or cancellation of the clients behalf. This can be waived in extreme circumstances i.e. A family emergency. The client may reschedule the date free of charge and still haver the deposit stand.
If Jamie Morey Photography is to withdraw from the booking then 100% of all fee paid will be refunded.
If a written contract has been signed you will find these terms in this. If a booking is made online, or via Phone then by making the deposit you are agreeing to these terms.
Copyright Policy
All files purchased are subject to copyright and are sold strictly for personal or private use only. You cannot resell, copy or display the prints in a public place or republish the prints in any way, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. You are not granted permission to on-sell or on-license any photograph, image, graphics, illustration, caricature or other material presented as a print for commercial gain.
Anyone found to be doing so will be Issues with a "Cease & Desist" letter, further breaches may result in further action being taken.
Terms Of Use
Use of material created by Jamie Morey is prohibited without prior written approval. Authorised approval will only still restrict the use of images following terms outlined in written agreement.
Jamie Morey holds all "Moral Rights" regarding material created.
